"defines the main features of the cooperative to raise and use funds of
citizens to acquire premises.
In
the implementation of the engagement and the use of funds of citizens to
acquire residential cooperative is entitled to:
•
attract and use the money to purchase the citizens of premises;
•
invest its available cash in the construction of dwellings (including apartment
buildings), as well as participate in the construction of residential buildings
as a builder or participatory construction;
• acquire accommodation;
• borrow money.

The
cooperative may provide its members with legal, counseling and other
assistance, and other related objectives of the cooperative and do not
contradict the legislation of services.
The
relations are not associated with membership of citizens in a cooperative and
arise from the onerous civil contracts entered into cooperative with its
members, the rules established by the legislation on the protection of consumer
rights.
Income
received from the cooperative conducted its business activities are directed to
the reserve fund of the cooperative, and when the said fund the amount
established by the cooperative are distributed among the members of the
cooperative units of proportion to their respective amounts by crediting
against shares.
For
settlements related to the activities of the cooperative to attract and benefit
funds of citizens to purchase housing, co-op is a separate bank account. To
a specified bank account deposit of funds, as well as income derived from the
cooperative conducted its business activities. Retirement
or giving money to a specified bank account is allowed only for the purpose of
implementing cooperative activities to attract and use of funds for the
purchase of the citizens living quarters, including the payment of the actual

Article
23 of the Federal Law of December 30, 2004 N 215-FZ "On the housing
savings cooperatives" determine the sources of funding of the cooperative.
For
the purchase or construction of residential cooperative cooperative may use:
•
Unit and other contributions of the members of the cooperative, except for
introductory membership fees and membership fees;
• subsidies and subventions;
• borrowings
obtained cooperative;
•
Funds from the sale or use of premises owned by the cooperative;
•
Voluntary donations and other sources not prohibited by law our credit union .
Article
24 of the Federal Law of December 30, 2004 N 215-FZ "On the housing
savings cooperatives" defines the legal status of shares of the
cooperative members.
Equity
contributions of the cooperative should offset the cost of the cooperative on
the activity to attract and benefit funds of citizens to acquire premises.
Share
contribution cooperative member shall ensure repayment of the cost of
acquisition or construction of a cooperative dwelling. The
approximate cost of buying or building a cooperative member of the cooperative
for the dwelling is determined based on an average market value of the
dwelling, the same dwelling-house referred to in an individual's membership in
the cooperative. The
approximate value of the dwelling is consistent with the citizen who filed the
application for admission to membership in the cooperative, and is stated in
the decision of the authorized body of the cooperative by the cooperative for
the admission of the citizen as a member of the cooperative. After
the acquisition or construction of a cooperative member of the cooperative for
the dwelling unit size specified fee based on the actual purchase price or
constructed cooperative housing and specified in the decision of the authorized
body of the cooperative by the cooperative, coordinated with a member of the
cooperative.
Share
contribution cooperative member shall ensure repayment as related to the
acquisition or construction of dwelling on the costs of the cooperative:
• insurance of premises;
•
Increasing consumer qualities acquired or constructed dwelling to a level that
meets the requirements specified in the application for admission to membership
in the cooperative;
•
maintenance and repair of premises, utilities (up to transfer the use of
premises in cooperative member);
•
servicing and repayment of loans and loans for the purchase or construction of
residential premises;
•
the payment of taxes, fees and other charges.

The
order of making member of the cooperative share contribution determined in
accordance with his chosen form of participation in the activities of the
cooperative. Possible
forms of participation in cooperative activities are established in accordance
with Article 27 of this Federal Law our
