The content of the statute of rural credit cooperative "Agrocredit" must meet the requirements of this document, the relevant articles of the Civil Code. 11 and 12 of the Federal Law 'On Agricultural Cooperation ", because of its specificity, as well as a number of provisions, the absence of these laws and the specificity of the credit and financial activity on the practice and experience of operating in the Volgograd region of credit cooperatives  redwood credit union .

Charter rural credit cooperative "Agrocredit" should contain the following mandatory provisions:
- Name (full official) name of the cooperative;
- The location and the area (zone) of the cooperative;
- The subject, purpose and duration of the cooperative;
- Terms and conditions of admission to membership and termination of membership in the cooperative, including the grounds and procedures for expulsion of members of the cooperative;
- Rights, obligations and responsibilities of the members of the cooperative, including vicarious liability;
- The responsibility of the cooperative to its members;
- The composition, the establishment, powers and responsibilities of cooperative management, decision-making rules;
- The size, composition and procedure of admission and shares and responsibilities of the members of the cooperative for the breach of their introduction;

- The sources and how to use the property of the credit cooperative;
- Funds set up credit cooperatives, and the order of their formation;
- The distribution of revenue of the cooperative;
- A list of services provided by credit cooperatives;

Cooperative management "Agrocredit" carry out a general meeting of members (or a meeting of authorized representatives), the board of the cooperative (or chair), the supervisory board (audit committee). As an executive body of the cooperative can be established executive management and consulting and advisory - Credit Committee (Figure 1).
General meeting of the cooperative is its top management. It is authorized to resolve any issues relevant statutory goals and objectives of the cooperative, the Supervisory Board, the Credit Committee and the Executive Board.

In accordance with the practice and obschekooperativnoy specific credit and financial activities to the general meeting of the cooperative "Agrocredit" include:

- Approval by the cooperative, the introduction of changes and additions;
- Admission and expulsion of members of the cooperative;
- Adoption of the provisions on the governing bodies of the cooperative;
- Election of chairman of the board, board members, supervisory board;
