Important role in the development of rural credit cooperatives in the play structures operating at the federal level - the Development Fund for Rural Credit Cooperatives Union and rural credit cooperatives, as well as a number of international projects, implemented ¬ stvlyaemyh with these organizations.

Fund for the Development of Rural Credit Cooperatives - a non-governmental non-profit organization, which was established on February 6, 1997. on the initiative of the Association (peasant) farms and agricultural cooperatives with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture Federation. It was founded to promote the establishment of rural credit cooperatives in as one of the most important aspects of reform finansovokreditnogo mechanism agriculture.
Fund for the Development of Rural Credit Cooperatives promote agrarian reforms through reform of credit and financial relations in the countryside and has the following types of business and entrepreneurial activity:
- Attracts, accumulates and distributes financial assistance to the organization and development of credit cooperatives;
- Promotion and strengthening of rural credit cooperatives and associations by providing them financial, methodological, organizational and advisory services;
- Participation in the development of regulations of legislative and executive bodies of state power for rural credit cooperatives;
- Participates in the development of standardized package of documents regulating the activities of the rural credit cooperatives;
- Promotes a network of training centers for training and retraining for rural credit cooperatives;
- Raising funds and fund research and development and future projects related to the development of rural credit cooperatives;
- Works with federal and local authorities for the development of rural credit cooperatives;
- Produces periodicals and special publications, educational and informational literature on the development of rural credit cooperatives.
Rural Credit Cooperatives Union - a non-governmental non-profit organization founded in 1997. on the initiative of the Association of Agricultural Cooperatives and the Development Fund of rural credit cooperatives. The main objective of the Union of Rural Credit Cooperatives - promoting the development of rural credit cooperatives as an important element in the reform of the financial and credit mechanism of agriculture, development of conceptual frameworks of credit cooperatives in (18, p. 12).
