In the period of collectivization credit cooperatives was finally abolished. It was a grave mistake. Collective farms began to use the credit of the State Bank and Selkhozbank C, which were not able to fully replace credit cooperatives, which ensured small agricultural credit.

Now put on the agenda the issue of revival of credit cooperation. No cash, no sphere of material production, including agriculture, is not able to function. The village may receive funding only through the accumulation of savings. Experience shows that the job can run credit cooperatives by the state, which should be expressed through the provision of targeted loans for fixed capital formation.
