cooperatives. The
federal executive branch responsible for the control and supervision of
financial markets, maintaining the register of housing savings
cooperatives on the basis of information provided by the federal
executive body authorized to exercise the state registration of legal
entities and cooperatives. The register housing savings cooperatives include the following information: • complete and (if applicable) the abbreviated name of the cooperative in Russian; •
the location and address of the permanent executive body of the
cooperative, which is used for communication with the cooperative; • information about the members of the cooperative; •
Full name and title of the person who has the right without
authorization to act on behalf of the cooperative, as well as passport
details of the person or other evidence proving his identity document in
accordance with the law, taxpayer identification number (if available); • details of branches and representative offices of the cooperative; • information on the termination of the cooperative, including the method of termination of its activities; •
information on the persons who are the sole executive body of the
cooperative, the cooperative board members and members of the collegial
executive body of the cooperative, as well as information on removal of
such persons from their posts with the reasons the suspension.
