housing savings cooperatives "introductory membership fees made by the
membership at a time. Membership fees made by the membership every
month, if the cooperative charter stipulates a different procedure for

27 of the Federal Law of December 30, 2004 N 215-FZ "On the housing
savings cooperatives" determines the forms of participation in the
cooperative. Set
by the cooperative form of participation in cooperative activities
shall comply with the financial sustainability of the cooperative, and
should not lead to a violation of standards for assessing the financial
sustainability of the cooperative.
