State and credit cooperatives. State
agencies and local governments have no right to interfere in the
activities of credit cooperatives, except as required by law Federation. The
federal executive authorities regulate the activities of credit
cooperatives and their unions (associations) in the following forms: registration of credit cooperatives and their unions (associations); supervision of credit cooperatives and their unions (associations) in accordance with the laws of the Federation;
application of measures liable to credit cooperatives and their unions
(associations) in the case of breaches of the law Federation. Control of credit cooperatives and their unions (associations) authorized federal executive body. In
case of repeated or flagrant violation of the credit co-operative
federal law or other regulations, as well as in case of regular
activities, contrary to the statute credit cooperative, the authorized
federal executive body responsible for supervising the activities of
credit cooperative is entitled to make a claim for liquidation of the
credit cooperative court.
