Upon
termination of membership in the cooperative, except for members of the
cooperative as a share in the full amount, a member of the cooperative,
which passed in the cooperative use of the living room, and living with
them, persons shall have no right to use the living room and ordered
him to release within two months from the date of termination
of membership in the cooperative, and in the case of liquidation of the
cooperative - the date of the decision to liquidate the cooperative. In
case of refusal to release housing cooperative members and live with
them, persons subject to eviction by the court without the provision of
alternative accommodation in the manner provided by the housing
legislation for citizens to be excluded from the housing or housing
co-operatives. Article
32 of the Federal Law of December 30, 2004 N 215-FZ "On the housing
savings cooperatives" determines the order of payment of the actual
value of the share at the termination of membership in the cooperative. Upon

financial year in which there were grounds for termination of membership
in the cooperative, unless otherwise provided by the cooperative. In
